Capturing Kids' Hearts
At SAVA Charter School our culture centers on Capturing Kids’ Hearts. This innovative program guides administrators, faculty and staff through the process of building positive, productive, trusting relationships – among themselves and with their students.Some of the positive outcomes from implementing this program includes:
- Improved attendance and student retention
- Safe, trusting, self-managing groups on campus
- An environment of mutual respect and appreciation among students and staff members.
Every staff member has been trained in this program to ensure each student, parent or visitor on campus sees and feels the positive culture created through Capturing Kids’ Hearts.
SAVA Charter Schools have had the honor to be recognized as a Capturing Kids’ Hearts National Showcase School every year since 2017.
